manifoldor is a micro organisation based in Edinburgh with a Scottish wide outlook. The organisation is a not for profit social enterprise It’s main purpose & mission is to create, produce and run occasional live events taking art off the walls, out of the cubes and directly to the public in a variety of locations. Currently in the form of transient site specific hybrid art events.
From development and pre production the organisation can produce small to medium temp events in a variety of spaces for access by the general public. Productions are bespoke and sympathetic to site, working with aspects and limitations of sites and utilising what is available following a reuse & recycle policy. The organisation has an inclusive and equal opportunities policy for all involved in productions.
manifoldor is limited by the support, funds and sponsorship made available for running costs, equip hire, materials, publicity & promotion, small commissions and fees that each event requires for delivery.
manifoldor currently operates without any base as a nomadic organisation. It’s main presence and nucleus is the web based space. With quick turnaround set up and take down for temp events. With barely a trace anyone has been on site.
Founded in march 2007 by jeremy Lorne Inglis. manifoldor events are directed and produced by jeremy Lorne Inglis.
